Terms for using Birch Waypoint
These terms apply to the independent company-contact directory and its contribution features.
Purpose and operator
The directory offers references and reader experiences. The publisher named on the main website is Birchway Point Bookings LLC. The directory is separate from listed businesses and from any service those businesses supply.
Use and accuracy
You may use the entries to identify a published contact or source. Details can change, so consult the company’s current information before relying on an opening time, regional number or transaction condition. The directory does not promise an answer, a response time or a particular result.
External dealings
Any call, booking, subscription, purchase or payment with an external business is handled by that business or its seller under its own terms. Birch Waypoint does not receive calls through a listed telephone link or collect payment for the listed companies.
Your contributions
Submit material you have the right to share and keep private information out of public text. By sending a review, you permit the publisher to store, moderate and display it for the directory’s operation. You retain ownership of your original writing. The review policy explains material that may be withheld or removed.
Responsible access
Do not misuse forms, impersonate people, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Automated extraction and reuse must respect applicable rights and access restrictions. Company names, logos and linked materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Changes and questions
The directory and these terms may be updated as the service changes. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use casework@birchwaypoint.com for questions about the directory rather than requests for a listed company to change an account or reservation.
