A review should explain what happened with the named business in your own words.
Write from direct experience
Describe the service or purchase, approximate timing and the outcome you experienced. Opinions are welcome when presented as opinions. Do not claim to represent a company or another customer unless you have the right to do so.
Keep private details private
Leave out reservation codes, account numbers, full addresses, passwords and another person’s personal information. A company can use its private channel to obtain details needed for a case. The directory’s public review box cannot open a customer-service request.
No replacement helplines or promotions
Reviews must not promote unrelated phone numbers, offer guaranteed refunds, solicit payment or redirect readers to a different service. Repetitive advertisements, impersonation, threats and content unrelated to the listed company may be rejected or removed.
Moderation and corrections
Submissions enter a moderation queue before publication. A rating or contribution is not a verified purchase badge. We may withhold content that cannot be responsibly published or ask for clarification. Contact the directory to correct an existing submission instead of repeatedly posting the same account.
Report a problem
Use the report or contact route and identify the review or page concerned. Include the reason for the report and relevant context without reposting sensitive material. Publication or removal is not a determination of legal liability or a company’s refund obligation.
