Using the guide in the way that suits you
The directory aims to make its contact references understandable and usable with common assistive tools.
Choose how to continue
Telephone links are accompanied by readable numbers and contact labels. A web contact can be used where it is documented, and links to source guidance help readers choose another published route. Availability of an accessible service is determined by the destination company.
Navigation and readability
Pages use descriptive headings, labelled form fields and keyboard-operable controls. On narrower screens the content reflows instead of requiring a wide desktop layout. Browser zoom and the browser’s own reading features can be used.
Tell us about a barrier
Send casework@birchwaypoint.com the page address and a short description of the difficulty. If useful, name the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords, medical details or an unrelated company account record.
Scope of this statement
An accessibility aim is not a certification of complete conformance. Third-party destinations are maintained by their own operators, and a usable link here does not certify the accessibility of their sites.
