How a contact reaches this index
A useful contact needs a purpose, a source and an honest account of when it was checked.
Start with the business’s own publication
Preferred evidence is the company’s contact page, help centre, product guidance or other official publication. The source link is retained so a reader can examine the information in context. Search-indexed official text may be used where a page cannot be rendered, and the evidence method is recorded.
Do not change the meaning of a number
A number described as reservations, parts, a regional office or group bookings keeps that purpose. A general airline line is not called a dedicated refunds department. Country and calling-region details matter even where a number uses a familiar format.
Separate evidence dates from editing dates
The date beside a contact records the source evidence review. Rewriting a description or launching this edition does not make old evidence newly verified. Where a live page was unavailable or required a rendering process we could not complete, earlier documented evidence is retained with its original date.
Show limits rather than fill gaps
Unconfirmed phone numbers are withheld. A record can instead offer a company website or an unconfirmed web reference with a note. We do not invent opening hours, response times, ratings or additional departments to make a page look complete.
Logos and written experiences
Company names and logos identify the subjects of entries; their use does not establish sponsorship. Reviews come from submissions to this directory and undergo moderation. External review scores and texts are not copied into the directory without an appropriate source arrangement.
Corrections can be checked
Send the affected page and an official source when reporting a contact issue. A replacement number submitted in a comment is not automatically accepted or published. We consider evidence relevant to the route’s purpose and region.
