Privacy in the contact directory

Publisher contact
Birchway Point Bookings LLC is the operator named on the main website: 324 West Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27408, United States. Directory privacy enquiries can be sent to casework@birchwaypoint.com. Identify the affected record without sending unnecessary identity or financial documents.
Information submitted through forms
A review collects the display name, email address, rating, title, experience text and, if supplied, experience date. A correction, report or message collects the information entered into its form. The service also stores contribution identifiers, timestamps and moderation status.
Private and public fields
The email supplied with a review is kept for administration and is not part of the public review response. An approved contribution may show its display name, company, rating, title, text and dates. Messages sent through the contact form are not automatically published.
Purposes of processing
Submissions are used to moderate experiences, investigate reported content or contact details, answer requests and administer the directory. Protected derived values are used for duplicate detection and request limits. Public reviews must not contain passwords, full payment details, private booking codes or another person’s sensitive information.
Hosting and technical records
The directory uses Cloudflare hosting and database services. Delivering and protecting the service involves network information such as IP addresses, request headers and operational logs. The application uses derived request identifiers for rate limiting; this does not make browsing anonymous to the hosting provider.
Cookies and other sites
A secure essential cookie is used for administrator sign-in. Readers do not need a directory account to browse. This edition does not intentionally include audience-analytics scripts or advertising pixels. A company website, email application or phone service has its own practices once you choose to use it.
Keeping and correcting information
Contributions and correspondence are retained as needed to operate the directory, handle moderation, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Contact the publisher to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Proportionate verification may be needed before changing a record; copies already obtained by others may remain outside our control.
Updates to this notice
If additional tracking, advertising or other processing is introduced, this notice and any necessary choices should be updated before it begins. The main booking website may use a separate privacy notice.
